Frequently Asked Support Questions

This happens when the email on your Ko-fi account is different from the one you're entering. Message us on Ko-fi with your purchase receipt or the name you used, and we'll manually link the giveaways to the correct email. Usually resolved within a few hours.
We typically respond within a few hours during weekdays. Weekends may take a bit longer. Ko-fi messages go straight to us — there's no ticket queue or automated system.
If you haven't redeemed your giveaway pack yet, message us on Ko-fi and we'll process a refund. Once a pack is redeemed, it's non-refundable since the giveaways are tied to your account.
No account needed. You can send a message on Ko-fi as a guest — just use the Message button on our Ko-fi page. If you want a reply, make sure to include your email address in the message.
